Privacy policy for transparent information and communication with the data subject in accordance with Art. 12 and 13 EU GDPR. With this privacy policy, we would like to inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the processing of your data within RVB Regionalverkehr Bitterfeld-Wolfen GmbH. Purpose of the processing
Your submitted data will be stored and processed by us for the duration of the application process. Your data will be used exclusively by authorized persons in the HR department or management and the heads of selected departments for processing as part of the selection process. If the specific position for which you are applying has already been filled elsewhere, but your profile makes you eligible for subsequent collaboration or collaboration in a partner or subsidiary company, we will obtain your express consent before storing or forwarding your application, unless you have already consented to such storage or forwarding in your application. If you send us an unsolicited application using our general contact e-mail address, the content of your application e-mail may be viewed by unauthorized personnel. There is a requirement that the application documents are immediately forwarded unopened to the HR department and the incoming e-mail is deleted. If you do not wish this to happen, please also send your unsolicited application exclusively to bewerbung@rvb-bus.de.
Legal basis
According to Art. 12 and 13 GDPR, the following legal bases apply to our business purpose. For obtaining consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and Art. 7 GDPR, for the fulfillment of our (pre-) contractual services Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, for the fulfillment of legal requirements Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR and for the protection of our legitimate interests, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Security measures
The employer shall take appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing as well as the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
The measures include, in particular, safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data by controlling physical access to the data, as well as the access, input, disclosure, safeguarding of availability and its separation. Furthermore, we have established procedures that guarantee the exercise of data subject rights, deletion of data and reaction to data threats. Furthermore, we take the protection of personal data into account as early as the development or selection of hardware, software and procedures, in accordance with the principle of data protection through technology design and data protection-friendly default settings (Art. 25 GDPR).
Order processing
If the employer discloses your data to processors when processing your data, this is done in accordance with the aforementioned legal bases. An order processing contract in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR then applies between the employer and the processor.
Transfers to third countries
If the employer processes your data outside the European Union in application of the aforementioned legal bases, this will only be done in compliance with the special requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR (e.g. on the basis of special guarantees such as the “Privacy Shield” for the transfer to the United States of America).
Rights of the data subjects (applicants)
In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to receive information about the type, scope and purpose of your personal data. In accordance with. Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to request the completion or correction of your personal data. In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to demand that your personal data be deleted immediately or, alternatively, to demand a restriction on the processing of the data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR. In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to request that your personal data be received and transferred to other controllers.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing in accordance with Art. Art. 7 DSGVO to revoke.
Deletion of data
The data processed by the employer will be deleted or restricted in their processing in accordance with Art. 17 and 18 GDPR.
If your data is not deleted on the basis of the above-mentioned legal bases, its processing will be restricted and not processed for other purposes.
Unless you inform us otherwise, the data will be deleted 6 months after completion of the application process or destroyed in the case of postal applications.
Due to the long application and selection periods for trainees, we store their data in Germany for up to 18 months.
Furthermore, you can of course request the deletion or destruction of all your application documents at any time by sending us an e-mail to bewerbung@rvb-bus.de.
